Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all TOYBOX garment tags are intact and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
